Fitzgerald, Positive Results Dog Training LLC, and any and all host facilities, named and unnamed, from any claims or liability of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in this course. I also understand that Positive Results Dog Training may subsequently use, for publicity or promotional purposes, my name or pictures of me or my pet, without further liability or obligation to me.
