Payment Method	Please Note: Enrollment in class is not secured until payment in full has been received. Payments by cheque may be mailed with a printed form. Cash payments must be made in person.
Payment Policy: Payment in full is due at the time of registration. Availability is limited, and space in classes will not be reserved until payment is processed. Paypal invoice will be sent to the above email address. Returned Cheques: There will be a $25.00 processing fee for any returned cheques. Refund Policy: Students who withdraw from a class at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the commencement of the first class will be given a full refund. Cancellations between 8-13 days prior to the commencement of the first class will be 50% refunded. Cancellations less than 1 week (7 days) prior to the first class will not be refunded. Missed classes will not be refunded under any circumstances. Cancellation Policy: If a class does not meet minimum enrollment requirements within one week of the beginning of the class, it may be cancelled by TCGC. Should a class be cancelled, TCGC will call enrolled students to discuss placement in alternate classes, or refund. Submission of this signed registration form constitutes applicants acceptance of payment method indicated above and all terms and conditions in the registration policies including the conditions of Terminal City Glass Co-op’s refund policy and the waiver below. Terminal City Glass Co-op reserves the right to cancel any class or workshop or replace any instructor. In the event of unreasonable conduct, Terminal City Glass Co-op reserves the unconditional right to terminate a student’s enrollment. All the above terms and conditions apply to any classes added to this registration. Waiver: In consideration of my participation in the educational programs and use of the facilities, I hereby discharge and forever hold harmless Terminal City Glass Co-op and all agencies whose property and personnel are used as part of Terminal City Glass Co-op’s program and any sponsoring, cosponsoring or funding agency(ies) or individual(s) for responsibility for any injury, illness, death, damage, less, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned for any reason whatsoever during the course of my participation. I certify that I am physically able to participate in all the activities for which I am enrolled. Terminal City Glass Co-op assumes no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to injuries obtained while enrolled in classes or within the facilities of the Co-op. I also give my permission for Terminal City Glass Co-op to use without limitation or obligation photographs, film footage, tape or video recordings that may include my image or voice.
