[RESERVATIONS] An access code for entry into the center will be generated and sent to the email designated upon booking, (1)hr. prior to the reservation Date & Time.
Entry to the center is through our rear entrance.

Cancellation Policy - Before Reservation Date:
0-2 Working Days: No Refund
3-5 Working Days: 50% Refund
6-10 Working Days: Full Refund
*There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee on all bookings of (4) or more consecutive hours booked for the same day, regardless of when cancelled.

All cancellation requests received before 2pm Monday through Friday during normal business hours will be processed the same day.
Cancellations received after 2pm will be processed the next business day.
Normal center business hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 2pm except Federal holidays.
