An innovative event that pairs an attendee with a faculty member for a 25-minute one-on-one mentoring conversation.
Available time slots are shown in BLACK. Booked time slots are shown in GREY.
To reserve a time slot, select the faculty member's name. This will bring up the session details. Select "New Appointment". You will need your Symposium confirmation number (found on your registration confirmation email) to reserve a time. There are two pages of appointments - click on the #2 under the list to see the second page of appointments. Due to the limited number of appointments available, please only select one appointment time so we can accommodate as many attendees as possible.
You will receive an email confirming your time slot. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact meetings@asco.org.
Time slots will be held for 5 minutes after the scheduled start time; after this time, standby attendees will be permitted to meet with faculty. Please arrive on time.
Waitlist: If the time slot you wish to reserve is already booked, select the magnifying glass on the right side of the listing. This will bring up the session details. Select "Add to waiting list" to be added to the waitlist for that time slot.
