Log in to reserve the meeting room or create a new user account.
Click on the day you would like to use the meeting room. Change the “from-to” times to accommodate your meeting, including time for set-up and clean-up. Enter your Group Name then click “Create Reservation”. Fill out the short Contact Information sheet and click “submit your reservation”.
Meeting must be concluded and the room cleared 15 minutes before the end of library operating hours.
Reservations may be made up to 90 days in advance, with a maximum of four reservations within a 90 day period.
