Meeting Rooms: Woodville Branch Library

The Woodville Branch Library, located at 8000 Old Woodville Road in Tallahassee, has two meeting rooms available for use.

1) The Large Meeting Room, or Dogwood Room, has a capacity of 24. Features include a large floor-to-ceiling window, tables and chairs, and a sink. There is a 42" wall-mounted smart TV available for use. The room is 15' wide and 26' long.

2) The Small Meeting Room, or Magnolia Room, has a capacity of 6 and contains 2 tables and 6 chairs. The room is 8.5' wide and 14' long.

How to make a reservation:

  • Visit the following links to review guidelines: Meeting Room Usage, Meeting Room Policy
  • Sign in to your user account or create a new user account to reserve rooms.
  • Click on the day you would like to use the meeting room.
  • Change the "from-to" times to accommodate your meeting, including time for set-up and clean-up.
  • Enter your Group Name then click "Create Reservation."
  • Fill out the short Contact Information Sheet and click "Submit your reservation."
  • Reservations are not final until confirmed by staff.

 

Meetings must be concluded and the room cleared 15 minutes before the end of library operating hours.

Please note: Reservations may be made up to 90 days in advance, with a maximum of four reservations within a 90 day period.
