Available times are shown in WHITE. Feel free to click on an available slot to request it. If this is your first time using the schedule, you will be prompted to Create a New User Account below the sign-in dialog box. The only required information is your name, email address, and phone number. If the requested time is available, you will receive an email confirming the appointment as well as a reminder email two days prior to the appointment. The appointment is not finalized until you receive an email confirmation. All appointment requests and changes will be sent to Dr. Endlich automatically. (If you need to cancel an existing appointment, select the appointment and click on "delete appointment" in the bottom right of the dialog box.)

If this is your first appointment: please fill out the required forms on Your First Session page at DrEndlich.com and obtain preauthorization, if applicable, from your health plan. Note that Dr. Endlich does not treat children under 14 or individuals with major mental illness (e.g., bipolar disorder).
