I understand that the contractors of Heart & Sole Massage do not diagnose illness, disease, or other physical or mental disorders. The massage practitioners do not prescribe medical treatments or pharmaceuticals. It has been made clear to me that the massage is not a substitution for a medical examination or diagnosis and that it is recommended that I see a physician for any physical ailment that I might have. I have stated all my known medical conditions and take it upon myself to keep the massage practitioner updated on my physical health.
Please be sure to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment as we are unable to extend your session. Cancellations can be made up to 12 hours in advance. No shows cannot be refunded.
