Welcome to the Kidsopolis online party booking system. Please note the following important information before you make a reservation and complete all parts of the booking form to help us better serve you.
- A max height requirment of 120cm/48" is in place for the Yukids play area. Apologies but no exception to this rule can be made.
- Socks are required for all (adults and kids) to enter the playground.
- A signed waiver must be submitted for every child before admission. This can be done online at: kidsopolis.com/waiver
-All Pizza Must be ordered through Kidsopolis. All other food must be Nut-Free and Pre-approved by Kidsopolis.
1. Name of the birthday child/person(s) and their age
2. Your name and email as well a contact telephone number.
3. Pizza preference for the kids (cheese/pepperoni or half and half)
4. Any party extras you may wish to order please call or email us to make sure we prepare these for you (cake, balloons, loot bags, extra pizza for the parents etc).
