I understand that there are surveillance cameras at the pavilion, and I will be responsible for any damages that occur during my use or my guest’s use of the park facility.
I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Meadows of Chandler Creek M.U.D., its directors, the district residents, and its representatives for any damages to myself, my guests, or my property while using the park facilities.
The MUD has the right to cancel any reservation at any time for any reason.
Pavillion reservations are related to the Pavillion alone, and use of the Pavillion does not grant automatic access to the other Park facilities or the Pool. The Pool is owned and maintained by the HOA, and residents must be in compliance with HOA regulations to access the Pool. Additionally, the HOA's normal guest rules still apply to users of the Pavillion who wish to also use the Pool (only 3 guests per resident household). If you have any questions on Pool access, please contact the HOA through PS Property Management 512-251-6122.
NOTE: When you make a reservation on this system you are thereby agreeing to follow all of the District Park Rules.
