Laser Cutter Slots will not be honored unless on this form. If hours are needed that are not on this form please see the lab supervisor. If you sign up for a slot and do not need it delete your name at least 4 HOURS in advance, If you DO NOT show up you will be CHARGED for the time slot. Each time slot (20min) will cost $5 you can use a maximum of 3 slots per day. This will be strictly enforced! The fee may be waived under special circumstances, such as studio wide site models, etc. The lab supervisor must pre-approve the fee waiver.
