LICENSING: Stylists must post their licenses when performing services that require a license.
Hair and makeup styling for a photo shoot is not regulated by the state of Texas. However, you are required to abide by the studio/salon rules.
SALON USE RULES:
Station MUST be sanitized before and after every client.
Tools used on each client must be sanitized prior to use. Do not use the same tool on a different client without sanitizing first. This includes combs, brushes, styling tools, makeup brushes, etc
MONTHLY BOOTH RENTAL
Each cosmetologist must post their license at their booth. Licensed cosmetologists are allowed to perform hair and makeup services that fall under their licensing privileges. Nail services and services creating extreme fumes (other than regular hair dyes), and hazardous fumes are not allowed. Please refer to your product information for ventilation requirements
DAILY RENTAL $50 per 8 hour day
HOURLY/DAILY BOOTH RENTAL - $15 per hour
Your time in the booth is the exact time you reserve. Please remove all your belongings and sanitize the station PRIOR to your end time.
Once you leave your station for the day, it will be available for other stylists to use.
Hair/Makeup Stations for studio shoots
Hair/Makeup stations do not include a cabinet.
Each studio rental includes use of a styling chair, station #6 only. Only 1 chair can be reserved per shoot.
All belongings must be removed once your shoot time BEGINS to allow for the next group to come in.
