Online reservation form for the CMU School of Art MFAs - DH D200 (Mold Making and Casting)
Reservations:
- Please make sure that you log any time that you use in the shop. In the even that someone is afflicted with COVID-19, this allows us to react promptly by cleaning affected spaces and notifiying anyone who may have come into contact with the afflicted person.
- During normal hours of operation, you must use the noramal D200 reservation calendar.
ALL university safety precautions must be followed at all times.
These include:
- Wearing a mask at all times, even if you are alone in a room
- Disinfecting objects and equipment before AND after use
- Maintaining 6 ft. of social distance whenever possible
- Respecting the occupancy number posted on all rooms
