HOURS: WE ARE CLOSED MONDAYS AND TUESDAYS. WE HAVE 2 TIME SLOTS MAX PER DAY. IF YOU SIGN UP AS A THIRD SLOT YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE CALENDAR. WE HAVE A 12:00 AND 2;00 APPOINTMENT.
SHATTER GLASS IS A "BY APPOINTMENT ONLY" BUSINESS. YOUR CLASS WILL BE YOURS AND YOURS ALONE; WE DO NOT ADD PEOPLE TO YOUR CLASS. WE ONLY TAKE GROUPS OF TWO PEOPLE UNLESS APPROVED FOR FOUR - OUR MAX! THE CLASS YOU SIGNED UP FOR IS WHAT WILL BE TAUGHT. PRICING: $165 PER PERSON WEEKDAYS AND $185 PER PERSON WEEEKENDS. OUR LOCATION IS 3400 N. KNOX AVE. CHICAGO IL. (THE CORNER OF KNOX AND ROSCOE).
THE SMALL PRINT: Fill out all required fields when you book a time. On (rare) occasion based on studio status (equipment failure or repair), weather conditions (National Weather Service high heat index warnings) or illness we may need to move your time. If this happens don't worry your voucher will not expire and we will do everything we can to get you back in as quickly as possible. If you know you are not going to make your scheduled time, please remove yourself from the calendar so the time slot will once again be open. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your class time. No shows are considered as classes taught and you will not be reassigned a new time. There is no one to answer your calls before 9:00am. We can however be texted anytime at 312-860-5454. Children are allowed, but this must be cleared with us first and noted in your appointment. If approved (based on age and height), a parent or guardian must be present and a parental waiver will need to be signed. Please be prompt. Because of our tight scheduling of classes, PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE YOU MUST RESCHEDULE.
ATTIRE: We will provide safety glasses unless you have prescription glasses then please bring those (contact lenses have a tendency to get dry in the studio). Please wear closed toe shoes, and bring water for hydration. No synthetic clothing. No alcoholic beverages allowed in studio. Shatter Glass Group Inc. is a non-smoking facility. Photography for personal use only. (No "Go Pros" please). We have limited space so all finished work must be picked up 30 days from your class date.
