Please fill in the registration form. Players must have a grade 8 certificate or recognised equivalent. Once registered you will be sent an email with access details.
By making a booking you agree to take responsibility for the care of the piano and to the terms of it's use as follows;
- Unregistered players are strictly forbidden to use the piano. Do not disclose the key code to any other party.***
- Wash your hands thoroughly before opening the piano.
- No eating or drinking near the piano.
- Nothing is to be placed on top of the piano.
- Never lean on, or force the lids of the piano open.
- All bookings must be used. If you cannot attend your time slot, cancel your booking on the schedule.
- Playing times are restricted to 7-9am, 1-2pm, 6-9.30pm.
- Report any damage immediately to emer.oboyle@ucd.ie.
For recitals, please contact sciencerooms@ucd.ie before you book the piano, to ensure the Atrium Space is free on your preferred dates.
