Our rate for renting the performance venue is $100/hr with a minimum rental time of 90 minutes.
You will be charged a $150.00 reservation deposit today regardless of length requested.
To make sure you only pay 1 deposit for weekly, monthly, or recurring reservations, make sure to select the "Repeat" option.
If your show runs past Midnight, only reserve up until Midnight. If it starts at Midnight, please reserve 11:30-Midnight. We will make adjustments in the contract
Your reservation should INCLUDE your setup and take-down time, so make sure you reserve enough time to accomplish both. The space will be available to you at the start time you indicated and you must release the space at the end time you indicated.
The payment screen will show the total amount owed, but you will not be responsible for paying the full amount at this time.
After your time has been reserved, you will have 72 hours to submit the signed Venue Rental Agreement and Method of Payments form found at thecomedyclubhouse.com. If these forms or a notice of cancellation are not received within 72 hours, you will forefeit your reservation deposit.
The reservation deposit will become your security deposit once the contract negotiation period is completed and the necessary forms have been submitted and approved within 72 hours of making the reservation.
To have Tech Personnel, we charge $15 an hour.
To have box office personnel, which is required for online ticket sales, we charge $15 an hour.
