To add reservations to the schedule please sign in. First-Time Class Participants: Please register here in order to be able to reserve a class. New class participants receive a complimentary one-time credit to try one of our classes. Class credits are interchangeable between Metabolic Conditioning Classes and TRX Classes. Additional class credits may be purchased in our online shop. Class times are reflected when you "click" on the day in the calendar below. Metabolic Conditioning Classes will be open to all fitness levels; however, if you have joint issues, have been advised not to perform plyometric exercises, and/or just need a little more time in between exercises, the Novice Level Metabolic Conditioning Class would be best for you. These classes are offered on Saturdays @ 11:00 am & Mondays @ 6:30 pm.
