Navigating the schedule

Click the arrows next to the current date to navigate to a different date. You can switch between different schedule views—for example, a full month or a single day—by selecting the corresponding tab. Click the “Available” tab to see open time slots

Creating reservations

Create new reservations by clicking an available presentation. Click existing reservations to edit them, in the presentation where they were created. The table below shows who can create or edit reservations. The administrator determines which information needs to be entered and who can make changes to the schedule. When a window is in the way you can simply move it by dragging its title bar.

Access settings for this schedule

Who can create a login name:	Anyone who knows the web address can create a login name.
Who can see the schedule:	Anyone who knows the web address can see it
Who can add reservations:	Users have to log in to add something
Who can change reservations:	Anyone who can add something, can change their own reservations
