We have changed our booking system to westlakeclinic.janeapp.com. Appointments previously booked in this system (supersaas.com) should be in the new system with the same email address as your username. On your first use, you will have to create a new password. If you have trouble logging in, contact  davidip@westlakeclinic.ca or 306-790-9378.

When the system transfer is complete, your login information in the old system will be deleted.
