1. Please schedule/cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.

 - Cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time.

We will deduct your credit if you don't show up without notice.

2. Please submit your written document through the provided link right after you create the appointment.
