Schedule for Warrior Fitness Training

Welcome to our training schedule.  We are currently training ONLINE and as of Tuesday, August 4, 2020 we will be open in studio.  Please understand that we are training in studio with a limited capacity for Orange Restrict Level.  We are currently working with our active memberships and have strict capacity limits for our in studio training.  

To participate in one of our training sessions or for personal training in studio you MUST have a training reservation and be covid symptom free. Masks policies are in effect and must be worn upon entering our studios.   

If you are a first time applicant, please contact us to review our assessment and trial procedures as well as membership subscription or class packages.  Participant trials are available but in a limited capacity to help keep our members and community safe due to COVID-19.

Registration for training sessions must be made at least 2 hours prior to  training start time.  Membership must be current to make reservations.

If you fail to attend and or cancel your reservation within 24 hours notice, the training session will be removed/forfeited from your session/membership.  

Please contact us at 905-328-4454 or cathy@warriorfitnesstraining.ca  to cancel your reservation.   Missed or forfeited training classes do not Rollover.
