Appointments may not be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time (please see our terms and conditions). The Spokane VIN lane is open for inspections 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday (except holidays).

Due to COVID 19 we ask that you please do not visit our inspection facilities if you have a fever, cough, difficulty breathing or have been in contact with a person who is suspected of or has COVID 19, during last 14 days. If this applies to you, please call your local VIN office to re-schedule.
VIN lane occupancy will be limited to the registering party. One passenger will be permitted if needed as an interpreter.
If there are no appointments available the screen will appear blank to the right of your selected VIN inspection type. Please check back weekly for available appointments.
