STATEMENT OF WORK - END OF YEAR (EOY)


End of Year Service Summary

The End of Year (EOY) Service will move your students to the next grade and appropriate building, clear all of last school year's transactional data, update the Free and Reduced guidelines and restore last year’s database for historical viewing. WebEx® remote connectivity is used to perform this work. The district must allow access to ALL computers/servers on which EOY will be performed. This includes, but is not limited to the: POSData file share, SQL database (POS Enterprise Only) and mySchoolBucks Sync Server(s).

Project Scope

This Statement of Work covers the following activities and deliverables.

The NUTRIKIDS technician will:
• Call district appointed contact to gain remote access to computer / server.
• Transfer required tools and software updates via WebEx®.
• Confirm that graduating buildings and grade ranges are set. If graduating buildings are not properly assigned, an available      building with a higher grade range will be designated.
• Confirm all serving line data has been transferred and imported.
• Disable any NUTRIKIDS scheduled tasks.
• Stop the mySchoolBucks® online payment synchronization service.
• Launch the EOY program and complete the process based on the district EOY questionnaire.
    • If Enterprise POS - Restore the Pre-EOY backup to the SQL server.
        - Confirm permissions to the Pre-EOY database match the current NKPOS database.
        - Test the connection to this database by accessing last year's data through the “System Options” tab of the
           POS Manager program.
    • If Standard POS - Test that the POS Transaction History Viewer tool is installed and working.
        - Determine if this tool needs to be installed on any other users PC for historical data viewing.
• Enable any NUTRIKIDS scheduled tasks.
• Start the mySchoolBucks Online Payment Sync Service via the Windows services menu.
• Place the newest program versions along with the associated text files on the POSData share and confirm that
   the updates were applied correctly.
• Once work is completed:
    - The appointed contact will be notified via email.
    - The billing process will be initiated.

Schedule

Task Performed When:
  • The EOY Project is considered open
  • When we receive this form completed
  • The EOY service begins
  • On the date and time chosen from the previous schedule
  • The EOY service is completed
  • Technician notifies customer via email
  • The EOY service is billed
  • Upon completion of work

Key Assumptions

This agreement is based on the following assumptions.

    • This Statement of Work was completed and returned to NUTRIKIDS.
    • EOY questionnaire has been completed and received by NUTRIKIDS.
    • NUTRIKIDS technician will be granted remote access to the necessary computers / servers.
    • NUTRIKIDS technician will have adequate permissions to restore the SQL database (if necessary).
    • All serving lines have successfully sent their final End of Day transmission for the school year.
