Interested in making Haliente your weekly home?

The Haliente Resident program is for independent instructors, teams and creative communities looking for a consistent space to teach, train, gather and grow.

You keep your own name, brand, students and revenue. Haliente provides the space, infrastructure, visibility and community connection.

Residents receive a dedicated weekly time slot, access to one studio, mirrors, sound equipment, common-area access, a Haliente community calendar listing and opportunities for selected community and promotional activities.

Resident applications are subject to availability, program fit and approval. Submitting this form does not guarantee a residency or specific weekly time slot.

Resident packages:

Resident 4: 4 hours per week, $700/month + Tax

Resident 6: 6 hours per week, $975/month + Tax

Resident 8: 8 hours per week, $1,200/month + Tax

Which Resident package are you interested in?*

Resident packages require an initial four-month commitment. The first month is due at signing, with monthly payments made in advance. Prices are before applicable taxes.

What day and time would you prefer for your weekly Resident slot?*

Example: Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Alternatives: Mondays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM or Sundays from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Marketing Boost

Standard Resident benefits include a Haliente community calendar listing, permission to promote your program as hosted at Haliente and occasional social-media or community visibility. The optional Marketing Boost includes one dedicated social-media post, up to two story or post reshares and one inclusion in a Haliente monthly email per month.

Equipment and furniture requirements

Do you need tables, chairs, lighting, speakers, microphone, AV equipment or other equipment?

Both studios are equipped with color lighting, speakers, and mirrors.

Resident application acknowledgments

Four-month commitment*

I understand that Resident packages require an initial four-month commitment. The first month is due at signing, with monthly payments made in advance. I understand that written notice must be provided at least 30 days before the end of the current term if I do not wish to renew.

Lounge and additional event acknowledgment*

I understand that Lounge use, bar service, public events and additional bookings require separate approval, pricing and agreement.
