Welcome to the BHYC Cadet Private Lessons Reservations Page.

To use the reservation service, please click on Sign in at the top right of this screen (unless already signed in) and;

• create an account if you are a new user,
• sign in if you already have an account.

To make a reservation, click on the magnifying glass symbol at the right hand end of the line listing the private lesson of your choice in the 'Availability for Cadet Private Lessons' panel below. You will see the date and time at which the lesson is offered, details of the lesson objectives, and the name of the instructor offering the lesson.

Click on 'New Reservation', and fill in the name of the cadet who will be attending the private lesson and their BHYC membership number. Click on 'Create Reservation', fill in the Application Form and click on 'Submit', You will be taken to the payment page, where you must make payment by credit card or PayPal to confirm the reservation. A lesson will only take place if payment has been received in this way. You will receive an email with a copy of your completed application form attached, which will form your payment receipt.

If the lesson of your choice has already been booked by another, you may choose to be placed on a Waiting List in case of a cancellation. Proceed as above, clicking on 'Add to Waiting List'. You will only be asked for payment if the lesson becomes available, in which case you will be informed by email and payment will be requested to confirm the reservation.

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact BHYC Training by email. You cannot make changes on line.
