Schedule for Shelters

Important

  • $35 non-refundable reservation fee must be paid at time of booking using a credit card or e-check.
  • Reservations must be made at least 10 days in advance. No exceptions.
  • If you have questions or need to change your reservation, please email possignup@bouldercounty.gov.

How to Reserve

  1. Sign In or Create an Account
  2. Click day you wish to reserve
  3. Enter start and end time, choose shelter, and click "Create Reservation"
  4. Complete the form
  5. Follow the prompts to complete payment

Reservation Requirements

  • Must be able to agree and sign the Reservation Agreement
    (agreement will be sent after reservation has been processed).
  • Must agree to follow all Open Space Regulations.
  • Refunds will not be given. If a reservation is canceled more than thirty (30) days in advance of the event date, the fee may be credited to an alternative date within the same calendar year.
