ENQUIRIES/NEW USERS: Contact Dr Dalene de Swardt (ddeswardt@sun.ac.za) to discuss sample analyses.
BOOKING RATES: Ensure the billing person is informed about the booking rates.
ASSISTANCE BOOKING: If you are not an independent user or need support with data analyses, also book for assistance.
- Assistance bookings is unavailable from 12:30 - 13:00
- Assistance booking (instrument or data support) must be made at least 24h in advance
- AMNIS assistance is only available after 10 am
DATA SUPPORT BOOKING: Only book for data support and assistance. Do not book the instrument where the data was previously acquired.
CANCELATION POLICY: Cancelation must be made 24hrs in advance. Late or no cancelation will result in billing of the reserved time.
BEING LATE FOR A BOOKING: Supervisor are liable for the full cost if you are late. A no-show after 15 min cancels the booking
