Looking to upgrade to CrunchTime’s latest release, or refresh your Test site? You’ve come to the right place! It's a simple 4 step process:
Click on a date in the When column of the Availability chart below
Click on New Booking
Fill out the form
Click Create Booking
An Upgrade Specialist will then respond via a Support ticket to finalize the request, as well as confirm the start time and how long the site will be down. Note: you will not receive a support ticket right away. A support ticket will be created once the Upgrade Specialist reaches out to you. Refresh/Upgrade event requests are reviewed periodically throughout the week. You may not receive a support ticket for a day or two after submitting your request.
