DTU Library - Booking Podcast Studio

Available to DTU employees 24/7 and DTU students during the Library Service desk staffed hours. Bookings can be up to 4 hours and must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

• Using the booking system for the first time, you need to create a user account.

Access

• Students need a physical key which can be borrowed and returned at Library Service during staffed hours. Outside staffed hours, key can be returned via the physical mailbox at Library Service. You will be expected to show your booking confirmation when borrowing the key.
• Employees can access the studio using their DTU card.

Please note your booking is only valid after receiving a booking confirmation. Also, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your booking is forfeited.

Panopto - DTU's official video/audio platform

Record in Panopto. Connect your laptop with the Panopto USB-cable at the podium. Go to panopto.dtu.dk and download Panopto. Install on your laptop and open. Choose the sound from the studio – record.

It is possible to record on external harddisk / SD card.
