- To schedule an online appointment, click on the Date/Time you want under WHEN. Then click New Appointment in the pop-up box. Fill in the information requested and “Create appointment”. Please don't create an account.
- We only make appointments within 13 days of today. You may see slots further out, but the system will not let you schedule any of these.
