Canine Good Citizen (Advanced Level, 8 months old and up)

PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING

If your dog has already practiced all ten CGC skills and is ready to demonstrate their training, you can register for CGC testing only — no prep class required.

During the test, an AKC-certified evaluator will evaluate you and your dog on all ten skills: 

1. Accepting a Friendly Stranger
2. Sitting Politely for Petting
3. Appearance and Grooming
4. Loose Leash Walking
5. Walking Through a Crowd
6. Sit, Down, and 20 foot Stay
7. Recall from 20 Ft. 
8. Reaction to Another Dog
9. Reaction to Distraction
10. Supervise Seperation

• To enroll in a class and pay with a credit card online please click on the desired class date and start time below, and choose New Reservation.

Refund/Cancellation
Demand for classes is very high and spaces fill quickly, so please let us know if you are no longer able to attend class.  Refunds, credits, and transfers to another class will be granted only for students who withdraw at least one week prior to the date of testing (less a $5 handling fee). No refunds/credits will be granted after that point.
