Postponement and cancellation
- All appointments must be paid for at the time of booking to be confirmed;
- All appointments can be postponed 1 time but not cancelled;
- Send your request for a postponement no later than 48 hours before the date of the appointment; otherwise, the appointment will not be postponed and will be considered completed); send a message to karynlelann@proton.me
- You will be offered a rescheduled date depending on future availability;
- Failure to attend an appointment without prior notification excludes any postponement;
- No refunds will be given.
- Appointments made within the previous 48 hours cannot be rescheduled.
