Cancellation & Refund Policy
・More than 48 hours before the tour (before 9:00 a.m. Japan Standard Time, two days prior): A full refund will be issued.
・Between 48 hours and 24 hours before the tour: A 50% refund will be issued.
・Within 24 hours of the tour start time: The booking is non‑refundable.
