MCS Premium End of Year Service Schedule

NOTE: End of Year (EOY) and Start of Year (SOY) are two separate services. If you would like us to complete both EOY process and SOY process you will need to book and pay for two separate service appointments. EOY must be scheduled prior to SOY.

1. To complete this service, we will need the cooperation of district IT to gain access to your MCS server.
2. Choose a date and time, click on an empty White date and time slot to create a new appointment. Blue, Red or Green time slots have been booked already
3. Fill in the required information (Please verify that the email address is correct as this is where the appointment confirmation email will go)
4. Please select a Service Choice of either End of Year or Start of Year
5. Please disregard the "MCS17" drop-down field (for office use only)
6. Click the "Create Reservation" button
