Class Reservation - Classes fill up quickly - registration is now required for all classes!   Classes open 48 hours in advance and your reservation GUARANTEES you a spot in class.  Attendance without registration is subject to space and equipment availability. Please arrive at least 5 min before class to set up.  All classes begin on time. 

Waitlist- If a class is full, we recommend putting yourself on the wait list! Waitlist clients will automatically be signed up for the class when a spot becomes available. Due to limited class capacities, if you aren't notified that you have been moved into the class and off the Waitlist, please do not plan on attending.

Attendance/Cancellation Policy - If you must cancel your reservation for class, please do so at least 3 hours before class to allow another person to sign up or allow a waitlisted member to be added to the roster. IMPORTANT: If you do not want a spot in the class, please remove yourself from the class/waitlist more than 3 hours in advance of the class.

Arrival - As class capacities have increased, please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the class start time.  If you are late, your spot will be given to a drop-in or waitlisted participant. Please do not attend class if you arrive more than 5 minutes after the class start.  In addition to disrupting the flow of class, you risk injury by failing to warm-up prior to engaging in the workout.
