Volunteer Meal Schedule for Hospitality House of Charlotte

Thank you for supporting HHOC! This calendar is used ONLY to reserve a time for preparing or delivering a meal. Please contact the Volunteer Coordinator to schedule any other services or activities.

Groups are welcome to prepare lunch or dinner onsite in the HHOC kitchen or offsite for delivery. We ask that groups be limited to a maximum of 12 participants  to accommodate the size of our kitchen and the comfort of our guests.

Please note that you will need to CREATE A LOG-IN prior to making a meal reservation.

MEAL PREPARATION GUIDELINES:

  • Prepare enough food for 15 to 20 adults.
  • Provide all ingredients required for the meal.
  • Clean up after meal service.

To make cleanup easier, we ask that groups bring disposable plates, cups, paper towels, and 33-gallon trash bags. 

Meal preparation is limited to one per day in an effort to avoid food waste and to give our guests the opportunity to enjoy what has been prepared.

Meatloaf, Pot Roast, or BBQ
Hot Dogs or Hamburgers
Pizza or Flatbread
Soup, Chili, or Stew
Deli Sandwiches or Salads
Casseroles or Crockpot Creations
