Welcome to the booking process for an IPA administered Employee Satisfaction Survey. Please select date at least 3 weeks in advance of when you wish to undertake the survey at your agency. Please provide contact details so that we can contact to arrange a timetable for the survey fieldwork and to explore any particular requirements that you might have.
We use a standard online questionnaire for the survey. This can, however, be changed to meet the individual requirements of your agency. We will discuss this during your initial consultation.

Your consultation will be mutually agreed with you to be conducted that week.
