Welcome to Kidsapia's online Party Booking System, please complete all parts of the booking form and provide the following information to help us better serve you.
BEFORE YOU CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
-Please know that the maximum allowable number of people in the Happy Package is 20 total persons, and Happier Package is 30 total persons.
- If all four rooms are showing availability. Please pick "Earth Room First". The other rooms are connecting and, in the middle, and people with large groups may need them
- Socks are required for all (Adults and kids) to enter the playground
- Please be aware that only Kids up to a maximum height of 130cm/52" are allowed into the Kidsapia Playground. Apologies but no exceptions to this rule.
- Advised for Nut-free and peanut-free outside food or drinks, please see our rules and regulations for more details.
- Please contact us 1 week before your event to confirm the final number of kids in your party and to finalise your admission list. If we do not hear from you the number of kids in your original booking will be applied.
- None of the parties booked include any food, drink or party essentials (plates, napkins forks etc) so the party host needs to provide these as needed.
- A signed Waiver MUST be completed for every child before admission is allowed. This can be done online through our website: kidsapia.ca/waiver
Please provide the following key information when you book your event:
1. Name of the birthday child/ person (s) and their age
2. Your name and contact email as well a contact telephone number (accepting voicemail).
