You can pay the deposit either with Swish or cash. For Swish, go to 1. For cash, go to 4.
1. Once the booking is done, an email with the following details should be sent to fysikern@lom.nu:
Subject: Last Name / Day of the booking.
Proof of the booking on the SuperSaas website.
Proof of tenancy in Lappis (tenant contract)
Evidence of deposit through Swish (0702666535 Athina Årre)
copy of an ID
Attach signed Contract.
2. The email should be sent until the Sunday 20:00hrs before the renting week.
3. On Sunday after 22:00hrs an email with the code to the lock will be sent, this code should be used to open the lock that is positioned next to the living room door (Amanuensvägen 5B) to provide access to the key that opens the hobby room door (Professorsslingan 10). The code will only work for the day of the resevation.
If the email is not sent until 20hrs of the previous Sunday of the booking week the booking will be cancelled.
4. (if you want to pay the deposit with cash):
Once the booking is done, an email with the following details should be sent to fysikern@lom.nu:
Subject: Last Name / Day of the booking.

5. The email should be sent until the Sunday 16:00hrs before the renting week. For the deposit, you should go to Professorsslingan 10 between 16-17hrs on the Sunday before the renting week to hand over the deposit and sign the contract. Bring your ID or a copy of it to verify.
If you do not show up the booking will be canceled.
6. On Sunday after 22:00hrs an email with the code to the lock will be sent, this code should be used to open the lock that is positioned next to the living room door (Amanuensvägen 5B) to provide access to the key that opens the hobby room door (Professorsslingan 10). The code will only work for the day of the resevation.
