Please take a moment to read everything
1. Go to the schedule below and take a slot. Follow the steps to create a booking. Then, send an email to fysikern@lom.nu. This has to be done at the latest 20:00 on the sunday the week before your booking, otherwise all is forfeit. Your email should contain the following:
• Subject: Last Name / Day of the booking
• Proof of the booking (screenshot)
• Proof of tenancy in Lappis (tenant contract)
• Evidence of deposit through Swish (0702666535) or Revolut @athinaarre
• Copy of your ID
• Attach signed contract
2. On monday an email with the code to the lock will be sent. This code is used to open the lock box sitting next to the Living Room entrance (Amanuensvägen 5b) and gives access to the key that opens the Hobby Room door (Proffessorsslingan 10). The code will only work that same day from 08:00 to 23:59.
3. When you arrive to the Hobby Room, you take pictures showing the state of each main part: (bathroom, white bookshelf, black bookshelf, kitchen area + 2 pictures of general area from opposite angles). Send these in the email chain for the reservation.
4. Before leaving, you send 6 photos again, showing proof that the rooms were left in the same or better condition than before. Remember to return the key to the key box before 23.59!

The Hobby Room is a place to practice your art, craft and creativity. You can also meet for quiet get-togethers with your friends or family and play board games.
Remember that this place is maintained by your neighbours during their spare time! A lot of love was put into this, and the idea is that it will last generations. So treat the place like an extention of your room/corridor and it will, in kind, take care of you too. We have a NO SHOES policy: you are welcome to use our slippers or bring your own. This is to be able to do crafts on the floor.
Any fine placed on us will be fully paid by the tenant responsible for the key used to access the Hobby Room. The tenant is responsible for the code and should not share it.
