Group Fitness Classes

Important Update: 

  • Face masks are now required to enter the facility. They may be removed while actively engaging in your fitness routine. 

Group Fitness Classes at the Monon Community Center will be open for 30 members per Cardio, Strength and Mind + Body classes, 12 for Aqua, and 19 for Cycle. Booking Group Fitness Classes secures your spot for one class, for up to 1 hour.

 

Reminders:

  • Class sizes are capped, but a waitlist is available. Please register in advance as we are canceling classes with 6 or fewer participants. 
  • Reservations open 48 hours prior to the time the MCC opens on the day of your desired class. We know this is confusing, so here's a list to help you out:
    • Class on Monday: Reservations open Saturday at 5 a.m.
    • Class on Tuesday: Reservations open Sunday at 5 a.m.
    • Class on Wednesday: Reservations open Monday at 5 a.m.
    • Class on Thursday: Reservations open Tuesday at 5 a.m.
    • Class on Friday: Reservations open Wednesday at 5 a.m.
    • Class on Saturday: Reservations open Thursday at 7 a.m.
    • Class on Sunday: Reservations open Friday at 7 a.m.
  • If you are 5+ minutes late to your reservation, your spot will be given to someone on the waitlist.
  • To stay hydrated please bring a water bottle from home. We will have a fill station available, but water fountains will be closed.
  • If you’d like a towel or mat during or after your workout, please bring one from home. Towel service and mats will not be available.
  • Please exit the class area promptly at the end of your time slot. The time between reservations is important for our team to clean and prep the building for members who have reserved the next time slot.

Green = Mind/Body/Flexibility

Purple = Strength

Red = Cardio

Yellow = Seniors

Teal = Aqua
