Welcome to the booking system for all applications registrered in the UDI application portal / Forms
Before you can log in and book an appointment, you must create a user profile (upper right corner).
Choose type of application.
Important information about bookings:

Only one appointment per person is allowed. Each applicant must book one appointment only, using the applicant’s own name.
- Multiple bookings for the same person are not permitted. If more than one appointment is booked for the same applicant, all appointments may be cancelled without notice. If you need more than one appointment, please contact us by e-mail: emb.madrid@mfa.no
- Please only attend the appointment you have booked. Failure to cancel unused appointments prevents others from accessing available slots.
- Changes and cancellations must be made by logging into your profile. Appointments need to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If cancellation is needed less than 24 hours before the appointment, please contact us by e-mail: emb.madrid@mfa.no.
- The booking system opens automatically for the next 30 days. If there are no available slots this unfortunately means that it is fully booked. We recommend you keep checking the system for any possible cancellations.
