- Daily Rental Fee (members $100 / non-members $250).
- Security Deposit ($250).
- The Security Deposit, Rental Fee, Application and Rental Agreement are due within 5 days of the time of booking to confirm your date.
- Security Deposit amount will be refunded by returning the deposit check, NLHA check, or electronic transfer upon satisfaction of rental agreement.
- Renter assumes full responsibility and security deposits will be retained for any damages or non-adherence to rental agreement.
- Bookings made less than 14 days prior to event will require a cash or electronic payment.
- Bookings not cancelled at least 14 days prior to rental date will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- We have a limited number of tables and chairs available for use.
- Clubhouse tours (if desired) are available upon request.
To reserve the Clubhouse:
- Click the rental date on the calendar.
- Create a login or login if you already have a clubhouse account.
- Click the Create Reservation button.
- Complete the Rental Application.
- Click the Hold Reservation button.
A clubhouse representative will review your request within 48 hours. Once appoved, you will recieve an email with the payment information.
Your requested date is not secured until North Landing recieves both the rental payment and the security deposit.
