Please fill out one registration form per child. Any duplicates will be deleted by admin. Please double check all information before submitting. If the slots are full, feel free to still register. You will be put on a waiting list. The first on the waiting list is the first be moved up. As we are able to provide more spaces, we may be able to open more classrooms.
