Welcome to Reading Pediatrics COVID-19 Vaccine Scheduling
At this time, we will ONLY be administering the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to Reading Pediatrics patients between the ages of 6 months to 5 years and 364 days old.
COVID-19 vaccines are given at our WYOMISSING location (40 Berkshire Court)
Once you schedule the first dose of Moderna Covid-19 vaccine, you will automatically be scheduled for the second dose of the vaccine. The specific date and time for your second dose will be provided when you receive your first dose.
To Schedule an Appointment:
1. Please Select Available Time
2. Select New Appointment
3. Include Patient's Full Name, Email Address (To Recieve Appointment Confirmation), Primary Phone Number, and Patient's Date of Birth
4. Select Create Appointment
A confirmation with detailed information will be sent to the email provided.
PLEASE COMEPLETE THE PRE-VACCINATION CHECKLIST (LINK IN CONFIRMATION EMAIL) AND BRING IT WITH YOU TO THE APPOINTMENT.
