Our base rate for renting our community room is $50/hr. An additional $25/hr is added to the base rate after 6pm.
We require a minimum rental time of 60 minutes.
Your reservation should include your setup and take-down time, so make sure you reserve enough time to accomplish both.
The space will be available to you at the start time you indicated and you must release the space at the end time you indicated.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any reservation.
The following uses are not permitted using this system: pop-up stores, illegal or illicit activity, performances, whether private or public.
We cannot honor customer refund requests after a reservation has been made.
Depending on your use, we may request a credit card be kept on file as a security deposit.
