Welcome to our Spring 2020 Appointment Calendar!
Please note our policies have changed to better serve the needs of our consignors. The most common complaint we hear is that consignors cannot get an appointment. In the past we have had an average of over 50% 'no shows' for appointments, meaning consignors are taking appointments that other consignors could have, and then do not show up! In an effort to be fair to all consignors, we are limiting the number of appointments to two per consignor per season (but splitting out the seasons so there will now be four calendar openings, not two, per year). Because there will now be four opportunities per year to make appointments, and a limit on the number of appointments, we are confident this will significantly reduce the number of wasted appointments and allow more consignors into the BOTR family.
Additionally, there is no longer a window in which you can drop off. The day you make your appointment is the day on which you can drop off, so please schedule thoughtfully. We recognize that life happens, so if an emergency comes up, like a global pandemic, and you need to reschedule, please call us during our regular business hours at 303-355-0191, or email us at email@example.com.
(There will be spots reserved each day for reschedules-don't despair! But if you 'No Show/No Call', any subsequent appointments you have made may be cancelled. ‘No Calls/No Shows’ will not be allowed to take a spot reserved for those who make prior arrangements to reschedule.)
Appointments are needed for clothing and accessories. No appointment is needed for large toys and baby equipment such as high chairs, strollers, swings, bouncers, boosters, etc. based on available space and time of year.
We accept items during the following days and times:
Tuesday - Friday 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Saturday 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM
