This sets up your own unique booking which can be amended at any time.
Click on the day you want and enter the times you want to hire the room. If the day required is in BLUE then an event is already booked on that day, but this could be partial or full day (please check times)
The start time should be the time you need access if you are decorating the room.
The end time should be 23:59 on that day.
If you are booking a late licence then please say yes in the box provided. You do not need to amend the end time.
The bar needs to be open for all bookings, and all drinks need to be purchased from the bar.
Complete all other boxes and proceed to payment screen.
Paying the deposit on line (£204) secures the booking for you.This is a damage waiver. £200 will be returned to you 14/21 days after your event provided you have complied with the terms and conditions of the booking and numbers are met.These are displayed on the web site. £4.00 is the Admin fee and will not be returned.
16-18 BIRTHDAYS ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED AT THE VENUE
You will receive an E Mail confirmation on completion which will also go automatically to the caterers and the bar manager to make them aware of your booking or any changes you make.
After your event please contact by email with your bank details and date of function to finance.bpv@gmail.com who will then process your deposit refund.
AD Catering Services are the caterers for the events and will contact you after you have made your booking. (minimum numbers apply for catered functions). adcateringservices@hotmail.com
