Rules and Regulations of Barbecue Area Booking at Lee Woo Sing College
Please read the rules and regulations carefully. If violation of rules and regulations was found, deposit will be deducted.
General rules and regulations:
1. All students, alumni, affiliated teachers or staff club members of Lee Woo Sing College are eligible for booking the barbecue stove.
2. The capacity of each barbecue area is 8 people.
3. There are 2 sessions daily:
First Session: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Second Session: 6:30pm – 9:30pm
4. Venue booking should be submitted at least 5 working days but not more than 1 month prior to the event date.
5. The rent is $80/ single session ($140 for a consecutive booking from 3:00pm to 9:30pm).
($100 deposit is required which is refundable if no damage found and the venue is tidy)
6. Users are responsible for reinstating the facilities to their original condition immediately after use. Users are also responsible for always keeping the venue clean and tidy and keeping the equipment and the facilities in good condition.
7. Users shall be liable for any loss or damage to the venue (including equipment, furniture, and fixtures). They should sign a consent form for the booking.
8. Please settle the rent and return the consent form according to the instruction at the confirmation email at least 2 working days before once the booking is confirmed.
9. Smoking is prohibited in any venues on campus.
10. Transfer of bookings is not allowed.
11. The College reserves the right to disapprove a booking, to remove and dispose of any material, or stop any activities that do not comply with the above-mentioned rules without notice.
