If you are hosting a public event you can advertise it for free online and on air through OAR FM Dunedin's Dunedin Community Noticeboard.
Booking time includes setup and pack-up.
Alexander McMillan Room: First floor (with lift access), maximum occupancy 56, adjacent to kitchen.
Pam Warren Room: First floor (with lift access), maximum occupancy 28, adjacent to kitchen. Formerly the Staff Room.
Interview Room: Ground floor, capacity: 2 – 3.
Breakout Room: First floor (with lift access), capacity: 2-4
Data Projector: Available for use in house for $5 per hour. There is a suitable screen in the Alexander MacMillan Room and a whiteboard can be used in the Pam Warren room.
Video Conference Equipment - Screen, camera and microphone available for use in house for $5 per hour. Can be used in Alexander McMillan and Pam Warren rooms.
PA - Front-Row-To-Go: this is a portable amplifier with wireless microphones, closed loop system and wireless headphones. $10 for two hours. It's best to get a tour if you are setting it up yourself. Please contact us on 471 6150 or info@dch.org.nz to book.
Community Groups receive a 50% discount, the reduced price will show on your invoice. If you think you should be getting a discount and aren't then email us to let us know.
