Thank you for using the DUDE LOCKER and PLASTIC WAFFLE hourly practice schedule. To schedule a practice click on the calendar, adjust the day and time as needed and choose the correct location from the drop down menu. You will be prompted to purchase credits before the reservation is confirmed. If you have purchased credits on your account they will be automatically used if you have enough to cover the time scheduled.
You are responsible for payment of all practices scheduled. Cancellations can be made before the practice start time. If you cancel a reservation and have prepaid, your credits will return to your account. Credit purchases are final and will not be refunded.
If you are a new member, please contact Todd at 614-638-1067. He will need to arrange access to the building for you. Let us know if you need anything!
Copy of Membership Agreement:
This agreement only authorizes use of the hourly practice space to you and the members or guests listed above during your scheduled practices.
You will need to schedule a walk through to gain access to the building. Please call Todd at (614) 638-1067.
Dude Locker is not liable for the personal belongings and/or injuries of members or their guests. Members and guests are resposible for following all federal, state and county laws.
Do not store items or leave trash in common areas.
No events are permitted unless previous arrangements have been made.
No use of the stage or hourly practice rooms are permitted without reservations.
Please do not leave garage door open longer than necessary while the garage heater is in use or during practice.
